
- Vongerichten Veteran sous chef Tyler Kord will open a new restaurant in Fort Greene at 7 Greene Ave that he describes to Grub Street as "New American, with a little Hungarian, some Korean, and a bit of Wisconsin thrown in.” The principals are in place, including former Perry Street pastry chef Amanda Clark, Weather Up designer Matthew Maddy, and Lil Frankie's GM Matt Suchomski.
